Project Description:

EBA prepared the preliminary design and Draft Environmental Impact Report for a solid waste material recovery and transfer facility located within the City of Industry. Design included various layouts for a 5,700 ton per day material processing and transfer building (240,000 SF), yard waste storage area, visitor's center, rail loading and unloading yard and office/maintenance facility.
