Project Description:

EBA provided planning and engineering services to the City and County of Honolulu in preparation of the Solid Waste Integrated Management Plan in order to satisfy State of Hawaii Act 324. EBA evaluated the capacity and expansion potential of existing landfills, conducted siting studies of candidate areas throughout Oahu, and characterized existing solid waste disposal through combustion.
