Red Hill - Landfill Expansion and Final Closure

Project Description:

EBA provided engineering services for expansion of this 20-acre landfill. The expansion provided the County with addition air-space while the regional site was being developed.

EBA also prepared Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans and coordinated approval from the California Integrated Waste Management Board and Regional Water Quality Control Board.

EBA Provided the Following Services:

  • Prepared the final construction plans, specifications, Construction Quality Assurance Plan and bid documents.
  • Provided CQA and Construction management services including all material testing.
