Civil Engineering, Surveying, Planning, and Environmental Assessment

EBA provided civil engineering, surveying, planning, and environmental assessment services for the development of a new 39 lot subdivision located in the community of Oakmont in Santa Rosa, CA. The subdivision includes 36 residential lots, two commercial lots, and one multi-family lot on an approximately 15 acre parcel located at the southwest corner of Oakmont Drive and State Highway 12.

EBA services included topographic and boundary surveying, environmental evaluations, permitting, and civil engineering design. EBA prepared the Tentative and Final Subdivision Map and the Improvement Plans for the streets and lots. Site improvements included public and private streets, new utilities, grading and drainage systems including storm water treatment and retention, and erosion control provisions. Design services were completed in 2013 and construction was started in 2014.

EBA also provided several environmental services, including performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and a Soil and Groundwater Management Plan for soil and groundwater impacts from an adjacent service station site.
