Planning, Surveying and Civil Engineering

EBA provided the planning, surveying, and civil engineering services for the development of a combination townhome and condominium complex with both residential and commercial units. The three acre property, located in the City of Rohnert Park, was constructed in two phases with the first phase consisting of 49 townhome units within eight buildings.  The second phase of the project consisted of a three story condominium building with 28 units that included residential, commercial, and live/work units. The project site is located on an infill parcel adjacent to a creek and developed commercial properties. 

EBA prepared the Tentative Map, Onsite Improvement Plans, Offsite Street Improvement Plans, and Final Map, including the Condominium Map. Improvements included street re-construction to two major public streets as well as landscaped “streetscapes”.
 
EBA also provided the topographic and boundary surveying as well as preparation of an American Land Title Association (ALTA) Land Survey Map. EBA assisted in the bidding and construction administration and performed all of the construction staking and preparation of the Record Drawings.
